Getting your hand dirty 親力親為

It has been a week since I last posted a blog and I got to say it has been the most hectic week in my life. To get things done efficiently in the most cost effective manner really need to get your hands dirty. It means that following up daily on the renovation of the EdTech center, chasing on website revamp, negotiating with different stakeholders, verifying the terms on contracts, discussing terms with employees, renewing our licenses, preparing pitches meanwhile and not forgetting to take care of my boys during this Covid19 peak again. We always have people that do not understand why things could not have been done more perfectly, neatly. It is always due to limitations. Be it time, be it staff, be it resources. Once you get your hands dirty, you will know even the simple choice of color paints will take lots of efforts to find the right paint for your business.
